Krassgrund marine area inventory: results
On Friday, March 5,5 pm to 7 pm, in the Cupola Hall of the National Library, Tõnismägi 2, Tallinn:
ELF presents the results from the investigation of the waters surrounding the Krassgrund islet, to the west of the Pakri islands on Estonia’s northern coast. From February 2009 to January 2010 the bottom-living organisms and their habitats were investigated, the fish fauna was inventoried and existing data on birds and seals were supplemented.

At the seminar the experts will present different aspects of the biodiversity of this marine area:

The question of which nature protection measures (changing the borders of the protected area, the protection status etc) would be best suited to the purpose will be discussed.
