Hello, Bird Friends!

 

We invite all bird enthusiasts to join us in a count of breeding redbacked shrikes, in order to complete our knowledge about where these birds prefer to live and their numbers. To take part you have only to select an observation area with a trail at least 5 km long, and walk this trail once during the counting period, June 1 to June 30. In choosing the observation path it should be kept in mind that one biotope should be at least 3 km long. Detailed counting instructions can be read on the Bird of the Year home page
