It is the same topic with the same name since August 1. Confusing.
It started on Haversi beach, where it changed place once.
On September 5 it moved to Põgari-Sassi, 35 km away, where it changed place four times (Sep 15, 22 and 28 and Okt. 19).
On November 5 it moved to the current place Metsküla, 10 km away.

These three locations have little in common and the aims were different. (Waders etc, Cranes and geese, Jackals). Reason enough for new topics. But no.

To me it doesn't sound like a horse.
And during the day we have never seen a horse. Unlikely that a horse only comes in the dark.

Does anyone here have an interest in the origin of words? What means "kulgur".
I wonder if it is similar to Latin Vagus, the Wanderer?
Who can help, please?

No, no opportunity, you are right Jo  , the wanderer is the best word

kulgur - something that is running or walking or driving ... in a word is moving from place to place

I think they named the cam kulgur because they move it from one place to another
