Re: Wildlife Cameras that are really good
The Kestrel cam is live 24/7 in Muttenz Switzerland for about the 5th year running. Until now it has lways been successful, raising about 5 chicks.
There are five eggs currently in the nest. The falcon is just now sitting on the ledge..apparently incubation has not started..

edit 9/5/2011 There are 6 eggs now. Kestrel incubating.

Caysa, it is great, that you have a bird nest with camera of your own. Two eggs! Congratulation and good luck for the Blue tits!

Thanks, we also think it is cool! The birds are so used to us and to the dogs that they are not bothered at all even if we are outside. It is nice to watch their life both in the nest and outside.
Third egg was in the nest this morning

Peregrine Falcon cams
actually so far only one is up, but there is a tab for the second.
I have watched the peregrines in the first cam for a couple years. The first year I watched they nested on (a letter?) on the side of the building (a Radisson hotel in downtown Winnipeg) and in a terrible rain storm the chicks drowned. This new view is a bit cramped but much safer.

Winnipeg Peregrine Cam
The chicks are expected to hatch sometime this weekend. There are 4 eggs which I gather is a pretty large clutch.

I can no longer connect to the Estonian Black Storks webcam. Do you know any other Black Stork cams that are available this season?
