Alice, nor me either.. it looked so sad and painful to watch. But now the BSs are trying again. There is such a beautiful video from the 3rd April. As far as I understood, so it is not easy for the nest owners because there seem to visit some other BS too, a stranger, the nest. Anyway their moving on the nest is very beautiful, like a wonderful dance. They are mating also, and constructing and cleaning the nest:

Here there is a happier news.
Lily and her daughter Hope have moved from the den a few days ago. They are sadly missed by 70000 fans.
But all is not lost..today Dr. Lynn Rogers posted a video from the wild;

See video from 7th April. They are playing and jousting.
A beautiful sight. :headroll:
edit; 22 April. The people involved are posting new videos nearly every day. :loveshower:

:D Just noticed this link buried in my bookmarks. Oh my gosh!! Perhaps I found it on the forum and others already know about/having been following this family. If not, here's a wonderful B.C. eagle nest, big enough both parents, and I suspect there are eggs close to hatching time :bounce:

I get an infrequent newsletter from Marwell Zoo (where the Amur leopard from Tallinn is now)

They have two new webcams - live streams. In one there are coatis (visible now) and the other is the pygmy hippo cam (not visible this moment.

There are other webcams around Marwell, usually with still pics refreshed at varying intervals.

I watch this cam at times during the day( and night).
It is a squirrel cam. A nestbox was put up for Kestrels and this is what they got.
It is I understand in New York.
