In the news portal Delfi column Forte there is an article about this WTE cam and Renno says:
"If the bird is chased off the nest or in case something unexpected happens, it takes approximately half a day for the egg to get frozen."

the time naturally strongly depends on the temperature of the air. i also suppose that the embryo will die before the egg is completely frozen. something above zero will do the job, too.

Since 17:12 the female behaved as if the second egg will come.
