the camera is still showing the grey-scale-picture with the sound on as well so i think that the light switch is working as it should. it's pitch black at this time of the day after all... :puzzled:
i recorded a clip today. it shows a little how variable the weather was.

A few minutes after nightfall the camera picture changed, as yesterday, to this black and white pattern. Sound is still transmitted.

The weather forecast says -3°/-4° for tomorrow. The day after tomorrow: -7°- -4°; 0° in the night.

There was a big bird, I think, in the tree. Short time. Heard the landing and started the rec. after two seconds or so it flew away. Nothing to see but the right side twigs moved a little

I agree Fireblade, it sounds like a big bird. Maybe someone is checking the condition of the nest after the winter? Or maybe not, since no one appeared in the nest..

This site (Krumenacker) has fantastic photos, also of LSE and BS, I think I posted the link there once last year. I really wish I could once make such a tour!

You're welcome, Lussi, so many nice pictures out there. Maybe we should organise a WTE, LSE and BS photo safari for the Looduskalender-Forum members ...
