i did but it was very far away... (i have headset so i hear everything  )
ok i see. i wasn't wearing a headset. that improves hearing a lot. but now that the eagles are it may be a bit dangerous, if they suddenly start to sing. like now!

Good news! Congratulations!
Anyway, its strange behavior of eagles, if they come so late, without of any visible reason... I thought already that change of camera caused abandonment the nest.
New camera is of the same size, but a bit different color and without of rubber cover.

11:56 the pair left - for lunch maybe or for other action behind the scene.
but no...
12:02 Sulev returned with nest refreshing material
12:03 Linda comes with heavy nest block (branch)

at 12.02 they are here again. first Sulev with a twig and then Linda with a huge twig.

Urmas, i think that there aren't too many good nests around and now that the population is increasing the demand is getting bigger. when i found the pictures of the other eagle coulpe at this nest just a day before Linda laid her first egg last year, i was pretty certain that we would have some eagle couple here. and as previous owners Linda and Sulev should be the strongest couple to take this nest. of course if something should happen to either of them there might be change. maybe a new spouse for the widowed bird. these nests may be decades old.

What a happy day for us!

Linda and Sulev are working hard now.
I anyone sees mating behaviour, please note it here. It's not necessary to record every occasion. I am looking ahead to the next "Overview"
