I have voted already Sapsu. I just repeat it. The word sounds very Estonian in my ears ( I don't speak Estonian, but as Finnish speaker I can't help of understanding it somehow,...).

The words chosen to name need not 'mean' something, I think. The 'name word' will get the meaning of that certain being that has got the name. Sapsu would mean that individual eagle.

I wrote an answer to your comment and I think like you. That's why I like Talvi, because In Estonia and here in Finland winters are so cold, freezing, snowy, wet and it is the darkness in Finland, too. WTEagles are strong, brave, clever survivors, they have a real wild character. Near to my home place there lived 25 WTE:s in last winter (all years). Talvi is a strong name for the eagle. Talvi has a male character in Finnish to my mind.
