airras, this is the greeting sound the Black Storks make when they meet - or like now, when one is waiting for the mate to come. The BS are not as quiet and silent as the white ones, and they don't clatter with their beaks!

No, Black Storks do not have that wonderful greeting ritual dance that white storks have. They scream a bit, then just get on with work!
White storks remind me of ballet dancers.

The young ones do the beak-clattering noise when they ask for food. They make growling sounds, too.

It´s so nice to see Tiit again, now we have to wait for Tiina. I hope we will see her very soon!

We used to have sound at night. It was marvellous to listen to a cuckoo at midnight in June!
