She left the nest for a short period -- returned and then there was a human visitor to work on the battery and she left the nest, maybe hopped higher into the tree for a while.

Estonian LSE Nest formerly BS nest
4:47 (?) Tuuli on the nest
7:26 eagles off the nest for a bit
7:27 Eagle returned (looks like Tuuli)
7:37 Remo delivered food -- a mammal, large and dark (mole?)-- Tuuli flew off to eat it elsewhere (this explains how Remo got to be sitting on the eggs)

But at 7:56 Tuuli brought grass to the nest while Remo was on the eggs

Mētra have been laying calmly in her nest, I have not seen any visitor tonight, but the cam was gone most of the afternoon. A Blacbird is singing beautifully. It is windy.
then she preened and then sleep

If anyone notices I get the day wrong PLEASE let me know. Because my times are different, I cannot simply look at the post time and I fear I might get confused.

The third frog...
Tuuli took off with this frog...
Remo rolled the eggs and sat with them for a few minutes (@20 minutes), flying off just before Tuuli arrived with a beak full of grasses.
13:16 Another frog delivery.
14:10 Another frog
15:41 Another frog
17:38 eggs alone for about 6 minutes
19:40 footsteps below the nest
20:03 Remo stopped by but Tuuli appeared to sleep through his visit.
At the snap of a twig she woke up and then did some serious preening before falling back asleep.
(my bias shows in image selection. the images I chose show the delivery of large frogs -- other deliveries tended toward smaller items. The large frogs are easier to see.)

Estonian LSE (BS)
This was a day for some members to count the number of frogs brought to the nest by Remo. He is a really good provider.
The general opinion is that a total of 14 frogs and one unidentifiable meal came to the nest.
Tulli is constant in her incubation duties, as Remo is constant as a good provider.
We have developed admiration for these two beautiful birds.

This morning, Urmas posted on the Black Stork nest topic -
We are planning the replacement of power system 'brain', to exchange with Lesser Spoted Eagle system 'brain'. But can't say now, when it could happen - there is quite difficult logistic and we can act on place only in darkness (better some windy night). Also we need to take fresh batteries with (about 40kg each...).
It seems unlikey that we shall see chicks of any species on this nest, so it is a logical move!
Gosh, the adventures these Kotkaklubi members have!
