At age of approximately two months young moles are going to look yourself a new territory. I think most of moles are caught during these wandering. I read in Internet that greater mortality for moles is when they leave the parental territory.

8.25 Stephi has been working on a mole. Talking a lot :whistling: And preening herself. I love the way she has become an independent young eaglet. She knows what to do while Mom is away.

it is funny that both have an "old" mole in their nests
I heard again stefi breathing bad
and i am anxious about kalev alone ? it is not too young to stay a so long time without mom and food ?

i noticed a funny little breathing sound from Stefi too. She appears OK though.

Kalev needs Koit to bring food he can gulp down or tear apart easily, like that bird yesterday. I hope he will be all right without Eha.
