Eha had to come home and tidy up a little. Eha, that is what happens when you let your kid be home alone too long..

Eha fed Kalev with the mole. It's difficult for him to tear it up by himself, they have too though skin. I don't know if he should be too old for it..

Kalev gobbled it immediately..


When Koit arrived with the food, Eha left the nest..

Eha fed Kalev with the mole. It's difficult for him to tear it up by himself, they have too though skin. I don't know if he should be too old for it..

sometimes I saw him gobble the whole thing.. maybe was it a vole, not a mole?

At last Kalev's mother has returned. I feel so bad he seems to miss her so much. he looks up with her with such adoration I wish she would come around more often. Has she been gone for two days. I wonder why she stays away from the nest so much. Too bad they can't TALK and tell us. ha-ha..

Thank you all for the pictures and raports of today! It is so GOOOOD to see them together again after two days...
Kalev´s nest needed some cleaning too.
Now Kalev seems very relaxed when Mom is there.
