14:40 - The egg was alone in the nest when I opened the cam. I could hear Eha call from the forest.
Image
14:45 - Eha came back with a twig.
Image
- She has rolled the egg and picked in the nest bowl.

Bea :hi: Your picture of Koit leaving the nest is great. I see that the rain is good for the menu, frog is served today

Edit: I have not seen any attacks from the Jays in a while?

:hi: Lussi

Haven`t seen or heard the jays either - perhaps they have to do more important things ? :whistling:
Maybe they were protecting their nest and chicks nearby and chicks are flown out now???

Bra, I also think that they were protecting their nest. And since they do not come here anymore, Eha and Koit can no longer be a threat to them.

21:17 - The evening is sunny and Eha is sleeping. The birds are singing. I have heard a Cuckoo, a Wood Pigeon and a Chaffinch among many other birds.

Eha seems very upset about something. She is restless, is calling and calling, and is leaving and returning to the nest several times..
08:56 - leaving..she can be heard
Image
08:57 - coming..
Image
09:00 - upset again..just before leaving the nest again..
Image
09:10 - she came back to the nest, she was gone for almost ten minutes. She is still upset, calling and calling. I have not seen or heard anything.. :puzzled:
