There's a dogfight going on between Reda and Weissfuss. According to Forum, the female in the nest is not Sylva.
What a mess.

And there, is not the little triangle of Sylva on his head by chance? This is probably the end of the Sylvane episode! 24 hours later, the mystery will probably close on oblivion!

There's a bobblehead in the nest.

He sits in the middle, on the left you can see half the egg shell.
I couldn't get a better picture.

We have the first chick
At 2:12 AM mummy RoSzponka discovered her first baby to the world.
Better it was viewable at 3:33 AM.
First piping was heard at ~9:50 PM last night, and than a little hole in the shell at 0:17 AM and piping each time when mom was standing up.
I suppose it is a girl, they usually are more energetic and stronger.
At 2:12 AM I could see for a moment the bobblehead and then more clearly at 3:33 AM.
Eggs was lied on 13-16-19 of April. I hope that intervals will be shorter in hatching to avoid fights between juveniles.
Daddy Szuwarek is absolutely great, as always ! - very, very caring and after he sees hisself masterpiece :), just soon came back with a nice fish. Mom RoSzponka was not feel hungry, so he flew out with the fish. But he came back soon again with the leftover and RoSzponka ate a bit of. And he waited like 'stand by' for long time, like keep guarding and asking mum to follow him to sit on the nest. And finally she allowed ;)
It is very moving for me and I'm very excited, so forgive me my emotions. I still have her age at the bottom of my mind, she is 18 years old !!!

I just find about the first chick in Eschenbach, what I expected these days, too. Like ours.
Oh, so many happy news in one time :)
Congrats to happy parents on Eschenbach nest and I'm keeping fingers for all the four !!! They are laid regularly in short intervals, weather is very nice, so all is going to happy hatchings :)

Ferenz, maaanyyy thanks and kisses for such beautiful shot of our nest in sunrising :), it's extremally wonderful at this time, isn't it ?

NOTICE please !!! we were anounced that today, 11-15, cam is off because of some works over stream quality, and just now it's said about tomorrow, 11-15. Let's hope it will be short pause and effective :)

how nice, then there were three chicks today, because Laddie and Lassie also hatched one.

I am so happy and wish all nests, no matter where, good luck.

I could see a feeding in Eschenbach.
The parents are really great. The male saw the little one in the sun, then walked around the nest bowl and made shade for the little one.

Our third bobblehead was hatched tonight, 24-25 of May.
In the midnight it was seen a big crack in the shell and one hour later, ~0:54 mom
RoSzponka showed for a moment all them three and the shell beside.
In one hour daddy Szuwarek will arrive to admit all his family together
and quickly go for braekfish
