Olga, Macdoum have written a message in the Picnic Ground topic..

From winter to spring in a few days, great pictures! Thank you
Nb: today, when I got home from work, I saw a squirrel on my feeding place. I think maybe it wants the nuts I give to the Jays. I think it's the same nuts you have. (Jordnøtter in norwegian, or peanuts in english...?? )

Edit: I see you have seen the message from Macdoum/Carmel.

 Peanuts in English (google transkator gives groundnuts too), maapähkinä in Finnish and jordnötter in Swedish. Nice to hear that you have seen a squirrel!

Snow hills here are melting down. Dog fence will be safe again for my dog. I have been busy shoveling the fence to see for some weeks!

When I picked up Blacky from the clinic yesterday, we nearly hit one. Thankfully I was very slow as it is a narrow road and the other car coming towards us also was so nice to stop till the squirrel decided which side it wants to go! And we see our squirrels running around busily almost every day now.
Great news that spring is coming to Squirrel hill now as well! I'm sure the squirrels also think so! Cute visitor you had! :loveshower:

The same squirrel was there for so a long time, that I went to the kitchen to do something. There he was still as I returned. I begun to take a zoom video. Suddenly I noticed that his ear fur begun to bend back wards, more and more down second by second:

This is how it looked:

How different the one and same squirrel may look out.. but it is the same on the previous three posts . It was the lighting and camera position which made the trick.. :puzzled: or how to say..

All my videos became bluish yesterday.. :slap: The lighting has changed, it's difficult, too bright there behind the feeder. The snow was shining.
I'll see what can I do for the videos..
