Here, a female (?), who climbed down on the feeder in a minute after Baby face.
edit, 30th April: : it perhaps is not female at all! :hi:
How different can squirrels look out. The sun light had turned different, not 'better'! Colors on the pictures are somewhat biased..

four pics more:

The 'unknown' female - she is not for sure a new visitor, she behaved and moved in a way that tells me that she was there not for the first time in her life.. We will see later

:!: edit, 30th April: : it perhaps is not female at all! :hi:

Good night

edit: I see, there are now some duplicates of the Baby face, I'll correct them tomorrow! ...perhaps some other pictures have been left not submitted..
edit 2:..no, it's my mouse that has made one duplicate post (I don't get why it does that some times) ! I'll just remove one of them.
edit 3: New pics are there instead of the the duplicates!

 Dear squirrel friends!
The same visitor as yesterday.. I am not sure at all that it is female! :slap:
edited 1. May.2012: it is a female, Mrs Reddish, which seemingly has visited since spring 2010... Her fur color is unique, striking red brown, here on Squirrel Hill.

I have to watch the videos one more time.. Nipples I could not see, anyway. He/she was there several times, at last he/she begun to carry nuts somewhere, he run over the rock and down to the parking place there he disappeared. After some minutes he/she returned, pushed about three nuts in the mouth and left.. and so on.

Image

The color of the summer fur is like that, bright, but dark red brown, and some parts are almost orange yellow... also the colors which I yesterday said might have been biased, but they were not, just a bit..very little. In live he/she was even more colorful as on this picture.

Oscar? Charley? One year older both.. :puzzled: (not Bud!.. I have seen him, he has not changed that much, he was a grown up, an adult I think, in last summer, I just know his face and profile)

There are some 7 spruces beside the parking place, the trees are very close to each other. I think there was something on the top of one the spruces that could be a squirrel nest. That was the direction he/she run in the afternoon, back and forth.. He (?) has a 'store there' somewhere, anyway.. perhaps on the ground... who knows. I will not detect the nest, not even to watch to that direction. I wish they can be in peace..

My parents put a bird house in the back yard -- it seems to have squirrels living in it. I tried to take a picture of one of them peeking out, but I don't think it came out.

kind of exciting
