and AAAwww, they all seem to have left now.
That was simply wonderful. :2thumbsup: I am scothched to the screen for all that time. It is totally fascinating.!! :D
Now could someone tell me; How do the piggies recognise their own Mama ? In all that crowd they seem to run from one pig to another ? Mamma or family, another female?
Do the mama pigs 'live' together in the forest ?
Do the mamas go 'home' with the same number of piglets as came out, do the piglets go home with any 'ol piggy.??
So much we don't know. :dunno:
I hope the farmer was watching tonight to see how all his efforts have borne fruit.
Thanks to Looduskalander.

I was kind of wondering if the mamas might not be nursing one another's piglets.

The piglets seem to have disappeared when there was a terrible flurry -- pigs running everywhere, but I will keep peeking back just in case some more show up.

There are 18 pigs feeding quietly, for now. I have not seen any piglets tonight.
But then it can't be 'Christmas' every night.
