they are often a bit jumpy in these early evenings. 8-)

these pictures are included in that one minute.
just this one little piggie had no clue what-so-ever about what was going on. :rotf:
first it looked one way while all the others where rushing into the forest...
Image
... then in the other: "hey, what's up??!"
Image
or maybe this little piggie was the smartest of them all! why to run away when there was nothing to be afraid of! 8-) so he could go on eating while the others returned from the forest.

at 1.40 my cat wanted to go out. it was above zero and so i guessed it might want to stay there more than 5 minutes so i opened the cam and took some pictures. there were a dozen of boars eating there in heavenly peace. :innocent: i think that the one behind the table was the pig with the bad leg. it soon walked out of the picture in the right. it didn't seem to limp...
Image
at 1.45:
Image
at 1.50. here on the front right is one of our future mommy-boars and it seemed that the other one in the front is one, too. look at the nipples. :D

in this picture, taken at 1.50 too, they have move a bit and the nipples are clearly visible.
Image
at 2.00 these two dames in the front had a little something to say to each other. (i think they were females... )
Image
... what when it was said they continued eating as friends. :innocent:

at the moment it is sunny on the feeding ground but no animals are in sight, not even little birds. the sound is coming and going... i think it is quite quiet there, too. weird...

a lot of people talking loudly and coming close...
edit at 14.28: i heard them saying something about the camera. they didn't come in sight though, instead they went further. i can hear their voices still.

it's sunny out there but the wind is still rather hard. i think its direction has changed a little bit since this morning: it doesn't hit the microphone quite as terribly as it did in the morning. that was awful.

the temperature is +1 degrees and the wind is from the West with speed 9 - 10 m/s (if i remember right the direction was North-West in the morning which is straight to 'our faces' here). - earlier i saw some little birds here but now the ground is completely empty...

food has been delivered. the wind is still hard but it's a beautiful sunshine. there a some little birds and one bigger which i think is a jay (it's difficult to see what it is because i see only its silhouette against the sunshine). some raven cronk's can be heard.
