there's no view at all! the lens (or actually i there's some sort of a shield there) is covered with water drops or maybe even supercooled water (i.e. water that is colder than 0 degrees and which freezes immediately after hitting on something).
i can see a black thing like a blackbird moving there and i think there are shadows waving back and forth so maybe it is sunny. sometimes i hear metallic clangs... maybe there's a bird landing on the camera and taking off...
this is a very mysterious scenery... i feel like Plato in his cave, looking at the shadows moving on the back wall and trying to guess what's happening out there.

i got home some time ago, just in time to capture the last 'mystery' scenes. there was still an icy cover on the lens but it was rather thin and even. there were still some raindrops splashing on the lens. on the ground among the apples i saw there already in the morning (through a clear lens) there is a dark spot that looks like a blackbird...
the above picture was taken at 15.06 and the next one (below) at 15.09. there the dark spot has moved to the left and there is a jay there in the middle
and quite suddenly 5 minutes later the lens was perfectly clear! (it's a shame i can't take captures with the computer which i work with at the office. either it is impossible or i just don't know how to....)

yesterday evening the pigs came at 19.11. it had already begun snowing: the apples on the ground had a snow frosting on them.
this was the usual group of about 10 pigs. they attacked the apples right away. here they are at 19.20.
it went on snowing hard. at 19.36 the pigs were already covered with a thick layer of snow.

early today morning at 5.43 the two deer came here. the snow was deep and they had to dig through it by kicking the snow aside.

the first pig was here already, alone. look at him: so much snow on his back...
there's a terrible banging here every now and then when a bird lands on the camera. like rattling a tin bucket...

yes, Kuremari, i quite agree: i like the mornings, too. and evening, too, because then the light is so smooth and rosy. and i also like the night light here: it's not too bright and here there never are green pigs.
today morning the ground was quite empty at 5.19, when i opened the cam. a little later the was somme rattling and banging again: a blackbird landed on the cam and started complaining and warning there: kot- kot - - kot-kot... then a bit later it jumped on the ground and started picking grain.
i looked there a while ago and there were some blackbirds again. a lot of food has been brought, too.
then i had to turn off extra cams because the WTE-cam began to freeze and i was afraid it was because i was looking and too many cams at the same time and i didn't want the WTE-cam stop working because we all know what we are waiting to see there...

March 24th: good morning!
there's a deer eating. there's a fresh dusting of snow on all tree branches and twigs.
now another deer comes. aren't they pretty!
there's a great tit singing.

a third deer and a blackbird! a second blackbird took off behind them and startled them.
there's snow on the head of the foremost deer.
a bit later all three walked away. now there are three jays.

I have missed some great scenes
Some of those pig pictures are so adorable -- that punky snowy pig for example.
