I guess now that a bear made his appearance again, they have put some food again. At least the ravens have already come and discovered it!

A little later after mowing, there were other human interference ... as if we got on something metal to sink into the ground ... and this is perhaps the time that the illuminated area was significantly reduced.Bea wrote:They changed something on the light - it is more spotlight now
Nocturnal animals will be wary, time to get used to changes. The crows had sent a sentinel before returning after mowing ...

Good morning Agatheb,
This video is new for me..I've not seen it before. Nice, and it would be
interesting to see more of these and other animals.
Some things have been changed on the ground, we will have to wait to
find out what exactly happened and how the animals handle with it..
But first at all the light in the evening and during the night should be clear again...
Have a nice Sunday, all of you!
NB: Could it be that you did hear them put a metal pin in the ground to attach the
meat in a way the animals can't pull it out of sight??

Last night I saw by two times the phosphorescence of two eyes, but the animal did not dare cross the hallway light

Who knows what is the cause of these darkness...the effect is that so many
watchers can't see the animals anymore late in the evening and during the
night...Such a pity!
What will happen now?? We really feel sad!

So dark! I missed so much time with the cams over the past couple of months that it was startling to see the nights so dark again. The last time I looked, the night was still bright. I hope they improve the lighting again so we will see the bear & other wildlife. I recall some weeks of frustration last year when all the lighting was like this until someone took pity on our complaints & they lighted up the whole area.

I believe that the reduction of lighting is voluntary ... animals do very well without the spots we need
We must remember that the forest was lighted only from early May => viewtopic.php?f=50&t=376&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=160
... and we slept at night while the bear was walking in peace

Good evening Agatheb,
Of course the animals don't need electr. light at all, but as humans have
installed lamps in the ground-area, I suppose that they did that among other reasons to do a favour to the watchers of these webcam and it would be nice if we could enjoy seeing the bears and other animals still some more weeks..
We will wait and see what happens and, of course, we are grateful for the nights we already had with the elec.light we enjoyed so much!

Good evening ergee,
Of course, we must greatly thank them for allowing us to see the animals as we have done and also accept that they will certainly make the forest at night for the next winter
I heard dogs barking, a bear would it be in search of food ?
