Manu, I think we know how to fix that -- just listen, really listen, to the Wood Warbler at Tuuli and Remo's nest. (If that bird knew we were listening and wanted to send us packing, it could hard do better than its alarm call -- all the time. It does not seem to bother Tuuli though.)

... I do that. The camera does not actually move, I make the picture on my computer full-screen size, then I record with Screencast-o-matic, which makes it possible for me to select the area of the screen I want to record. When the bear moves, I click on the edge of my selected area & move it with him. It only looks like a camera operator is following the bear. This way, I can also get a sort of close up, too.

I think it was a raccoon dog, I saw "it" lying and like Alice, I did not see it walk off as I was getting ready for bed that time.


Edit: I just looked if I made a picture. Not at the time Macdoum was looking, but 15 minutes earlier a raccoon dog was there

When it was Sven, I hope he will come back. The sequel movies I can not see, I have them already discarded.

No, they have watched before.
But they didn't seen bears before live on cam, because bears arrives late in the night.
When it is evening, not too late, I call on them, when something interesting is to see . (I do this on Bear and Boar/Eagle-wintercam)

No, it's not crazy! I wish I had somebody to share my "hobby" with, but my children find it "interesting" that I am doing this, but not too much, and parents I don't have anymore. So it's good to have at least the people here in the forum, I know they don't think I'm crazy!

Yes, it's nice my parents are interesting (a little).
But my husband think I'm crazy, he can not understand the fascinating of the web-cams and their "actors" .

I learn a lot, my husband and adult children find it ok.
Although, sometimes I talk out loud, now they know that it usually goes about the webcams.
Because I have artrose in the knees, I can not walk that far, otherwise I was much more in the nature
