If you click on articles like this article you find many but many are not free or require registration unless your school or university have a subscription already.

Thanks for the link, huskersfan, I'll add it tomorrow. Most of the found links are not available without either paying or being linked to a library or institute with a license! I have written about this in the introduction!
From Wiley have have taken several links already, this one did not come up though.

I just saw, huskersfan, the article by Simmons is already in the list, No. 21.
