Its snowing in Otepää, this Tit is also wet, maybe he is simply wet or is it the illness.

They probably believe it is a dovecote, and theirs.
Curious, how important dovecotes seem to have been in the old days, by the way: medieval castles and manors are dug out, of course remains of banqueting hall, moats, kitchens, servants houses, stables are found ... and dovecotes. In the middle of it all, often.
Wonder what kinds of pigeons they had then.

Maybe they had carrier-pigeons instead of e-mail..
No, that is just a little joke, there were very beautiful pigeons, sometimes you can see doves who look like them in an exposition of paintings of the mediaeval and in old books. They were no good flyers but very beautiful to look at, sometimes with curled feathers or were like pouter-pigeons.

Is Mr. Birdfeeder has put some new mixture of seeds here, it seems that there are maize corns also.
