don't you just love the feet?

Surely it is too early for the missing Swan to be sitting on a nest?

The Mute Swan will start the brood in April/May, and the Whooper Swan in middle of May. In terms of the weather, with icy water and snow, I guess it`s early yet.

I agree with Flex, it must be a Canada goose.
14:04 - Sometimes the wind takes hold of the water surface and creates ripples. Some Swans are out on the water. It`s a beautiful and blue day:
Image edit: the white spots, who I thought was swans, are in the same place all the time so it must be something else..maybe some fishing stuff :puzzled:

20:26 - Evening has arrived. If you look carefully you can see a single Swan close to the shore:

Gaby, that duck looks like someone could identify it.
...don't you just love the feet?
I find, that Flex and Lussi are right and would even say the same: Canada goos
... and right: I love BS-feet hanging from a picture-top :rotf:
Gaby, this picture is great!!!
Thank you Lussi! I'd good luck, because WMP stopped just in this moment. So the pic is fine and clear. "Stop and Go" isn't bad everytime - I realized

I think you're mistaken with species identification. It's not goose after the silhouette and in general Canada Goose is rare species in Estonia. My version that it's female Common Merganser.

More snow, ground gets white again. The orange marking shows a thick, wet snowflake falling down.
Two swans in the water.
