This was what I was wanting to do in a movie format using images taken every two minutes back in the mms days. Since I have not been able to get a movie to move fast enough, maybe a gif is the thing.
Me too, Alice, kind of. Not every so-and-so minutes, but sometimes you just sit there and enjoy the clouds passing, the sun setting or a thundercloud passing and click as the sky changes. Clicking through them on the PC fast it gives a nice effect, but with only 10 pictures in one gif it's not coming out. That's why I have searched yesterday and tested a few things, but this one is great. They write somewhere in their text 50 pictures, would have been fine for me, but when I marked all 85 pictures of this evening and they all went up, I was more than happy!

Bleggi your picture still has a bit of blue sky.

In most of the US it has been terribly hot all summer, but here on the west, our summer only just began. When I hear about bad weather else where I will really try to enjoy the good stuff while it is here.

By native calendar it was a Day of seven brothers at 10th of july. Elderly wisdom says, that if there is raining at that day, seven weeks will be rain from there on. And if there is a hot weather, then it lasts seven weeks too. In the middle of Estonia, where I live, was mostly sunny, only late afternoon was rainy. Does it mean then, that summer will be mostly sunny, but in august will be rain? LOL

Another weathercast omen is: if there's as much dry moment, that a man can jump on the horseback, then a farmer will have enough time to sow the seeds of rye.

Well, Sevensleepers day is there too, but as I've read, the both days are for now totally mixed up, lol. With the calendar reforms both days got too close to each other, so people didn't make the difference anymore. But I think, it's ok. The weather comes as it comes, no big deal really, lol
