 The gifs seem to expire very fast? I don't see them anymore.

I still see them so maybe it is was a temporary glitch -- but maybe I should learn how to save them

Lussi I am envious of the pinky oranges in your images. I wonder if I can change a setting. I was out but it looks like I got some images from a lovely sunrise.

A tiny little boat with a tiny little motor just went across the bay. I think I caught it on another morning, so somebody does this trip on a regular basis.

:loveshower: Oh my goodness, what gorgeous GIFs all of you have been sharing. I think the color differences are due mainly to how different computer models & programs render color. But they are all wonderful, & of course, even the best photo / GIF is only an approximation of how it really looks in nature. I love Alice's pics that seem so much to be painted with pure gold at the horizon, & the peachy-pink ones, too, made by others. I will have to try out this new GIF-making site tomorrow when I have more time at the computer. Tonight is only a short visit, as I overdid my activity today & need rest tonight.

I've just discovered the Käsmu webcam and am entranced. After over four years in Estonia I'm now far away and was missing everything about it, but especially the tranquility and beauty of the coast. So finding this view of the sea, rocks, trees and sky is a gift I shall treasure; and one I can return to whenever I like. Suur aitah, Looduskalender!
By the way, how do I capture the still photos so many others have posted?

 Hello and welcome to the forum, Peter! We all absolutely love the view at Käsmu, I am so far away from the sea, I consider this web cam my "window to the sea"!
For the pictures - either you make a simple "screenshot", which is at a cam with so less "action" as Käsmu quite easy, or if you use VLC player for watching the cams, this player has the snapshot (and video taping) already inbuilt and makes it very easy! If you care to take a look to the technical thread in the "Social corner" further down, you will find a lot of helpful tips and tricks!
