First video the osprey with the fish is protecting his prey and flys away with it


Second video osprey is on again with the leftover fish, other osprey is taking it away.
Other one is cleaning his fishy beak :laugh:

My first bird on one of the nests (of the buzzards and eagles) :headroll:

I think when we once know who is female and who male - we can differentiate them by their breastfeathers

maybe the female has slightly darker chest than the male?

I also noticed that one is a bit darker and I read the Wikipedia article in the meantime and the German one says the female is a bit bigger (as in eagles usual) and most times also a bit darker in colour.

I see a difference beetween "my" first bird and the second one: 2nd has more brown feathers at the breast, he/she looks darker.
