Good afternoon, I have been watching the nest and following the discussion for weeks now. This is a dream come true: to watch eagles closely for as long as I wish. Thank you moderator and administrator for the interesting comments and wonderful pictures, , thank you technicians for the high quality, and thank you all for sharing your knowledge and fotos. It moves me very much to witness so much respect and love from all over the world for these eagles. It truly makes the world a better place....

When I opened the cam after the "storm" I only saw two chicks  , but little Nori was hiding back of her/his siblings. :loveshower:

and since Piret has called now and then and also looked upstairs, 2 minuts ago I heard sounds from there as if Madis was there and perhaps left because Piret was looking as if looking after him and just one minut ago she went up there.

Poor chicks are really soaked, but at least the storm has died down. Piret has been nagging for fish and has now left the nest.
Have not been able to stay and watch for a few days, so can really see a difference.
They have grown so much. What wonderful parents Madis and Piret are and what a joy it is to watch these birds. So many thanks to all for post and videos, and am so glad they have survived the storm. I watched the video and was really scared.
Wind getting stronger again. Piret on the cam (I think).
I think chicks are now old enough to cope with being wet. All three huddled together in nest.

20:37 That storm is still ongoing with gusts of wind swaying the nest. Poor ospreys they are all soaked. :slap:
Fishing in this weather is almost impossible. Hang in there little ones.

Very wet, but all 3 there, :loveshower: and we can see them again.

One has a rasping breath, don't know which one.

Edit: 10 minutes later the wheezy breath is not to be heard anymore.

Good evening everybody. Just became a member.
I have been watching the livecams of the Lesser spotted eagle and this Osprey as well for a couple of months by now.
It is really exiting. I live in Sweden whre we have quite a lot of Ospreys in the surroundings, so it's really interesting to be able to watch them so close.
I have bee spending a lot of hours with the Mac staring at the screen.

I wonder if anyone has been wiping off the poop on the camera, or has the the rain and wind done the work?
