9:24 One bird in the nest, beak open, tongue visible – very alert. There are some down feathers at the edge of the nest which I have not noticed before
9:36 It gets up: it´s the male. Madis rolls the eggs, changes the position. Sits down again and rearranges the bark within his reach. Nervous? Many flies are at the nest
9:44 The beak is closed now, but he looks around very alert all the time
9:44 I closed the cam
9:36 Male eagle in the nest

Jopie, could you add the cam time to your observations? The forum time always puzzles me...jopie wrote:Madis with a big piece of bark, Piret leaves

Maertha, I sure would if only I could. Estonian time differs from our time, so it puzzles me too

The same is for me, but I try to catch the time at camera, but sometimes it´s difficult too because of small ciffers which can be difficult to read. I have thought of if I should set cam-time at my PC, but perhaps this would be too confusing in other connectionsjopie wrote:

Something remarkable happened: Madis brought a fish and Piret left with it. Madis was on the eggs but suddenly flew away after loud alarm cries. Now Piret came back with the fish and eats it in the nest, next to nestbowl.

And after Piret left, Madis came back and is now on the eggs.

The Pontu archive has still images taken at one minute intervals (the picture you quoted is a screencap that I took.)
The url is changed each day and each minute. To look at any particular picture, make sure the url shows the date and time you want to see - the date must be changed in two places and the time is at the very end.
Here is the link to a picture from May 27 (2012-05-27) at 05:51:

18:19 Piret is brooding the eggs.
The weather there is nice and sunny, hardly any wind today. Perfect fpr the nesting birds. (unless the temperature is 28° )
18:42 Piret has just turned the eggs & dug in the nestbowl. Now she's sitting again.

17.51 Only "problem"is, what is the use of it because the exact same time one can read on the right top-side of this post.
Or is 5.52 different from 17.52?

from earlier today when I had some time to have cam. open and look now and then
13.18 Piret in nest, preening
13.50 Piret alert and pieping, shortly after Madis came to nest with a twig as he arranged at the nestrim. He left after a couple of minuts
14.45 I left cam.
