18.53 female came to nest and I went of once again
and less than a minut later I had to turn back because…. Just got the end of the mating, but it looked successful
19.28 female was in nest and the male arrived, with half a fish which she got and flew away with, and he did some nestwork…………….. 19.49 she was back again………
21.05 female alone in nest…………………. And that was the last for today

I have been away for a bit, and I cannot see the pictures from b.h-p
This morning, around 5:30, I saw this non-ringed osprey on the nest. This is not the same female that I have been watching - who is this??
.............................
@ NancyM I really don´t know what had happened over night, and when I get time I´ll try to get the photos back.
have now tried to replace the links whit new - and it seems to work - for ever i hope
10.28 male came to nest, perhaps he brought nestmaterial? and he did leave again after few minuts.

It sounds like it was not too much work to fix it.

no it wasn´t that difficult to get photos from yesterday back, nice
both Ospreys have been in and out from nest some times during the time from about 9 to now.
And they have been surpricingly quiet, haven´t "talked" much.
According to sounds one of them may rest above nest right now.
And while editing this above 14.08 both arrived to nest, a mating, and male flew off again
and now I´m off for some hours

lovely video, thank you unp!
so laying an egg wasn't easy for this bird either. it's hard work.
- how long did it take for Tiina Mrs BS to lay her first egg after Tiit Mr BS came? only few days? i think they were quick!

I think the LSE Tuuli was the quickest of all. She laid her first egg the day after Remo arrived. She did have a fling with another LSE before he arrived..ame wrote:lovely video, thank you unp!

Mr. O had better step up his fish deliveries now. Mrs O will need food and attention. She will need to be seconded on the nest too.

I asked from you what you think about names:
Male: Madis
Female: Piret
Both are old Estonian names...
