Congratulations to Piret and Madis. I hope you do well with the chicks. I hope too that the fish are plentiful and Madis a good fisherman. Piret and the chick/s rely on him now.
Mom has to keep the eggs & chick warm. She can only leave for 'confort' short trips.

So happy to have seen the hatching. It happened so quick. Both parents present and appeared surprised and allarmed.Seems a very strong and healthy chick.
I had to smile at Madis and Pirets reaction but it was beautiful to watch.
