Nancy, yes it was me, but the other way around, because number 2 is darker I think it is a male, and numbers 1 and 3 females..... Because the head of Madis is also darker then Pirets, especially on top of the head. Piret has more white around the eyes and at the "start" of the beak.

hmmm, I always thought Piret was darker than Madis When all those females were competing for Madis, I thought of Piret as "the dark beauty."

Our #2 is beautiful, either way, and needs a nice name.

Elo is a beautiful name, I just hope I do remember all the names. Was just used to 1, 2 and 3 And I am not totally sure also about who is female and male. I am only sure about that we have 2 of one kind and 1 of the other

And I also have to leave now. Except for some wingexercise, mostly Elo, and Uno found something to eat in nest (intestine?) which Nori did take when Uno left it, there has not been something special to report since 9.33

Hmmm...I think, when the eggs touched the nest, it`s birthday - but the most important thing is, that they are very alive!!

It´s so wonderful to see them grow!!

Macko, it was a carp, thanks for the info, I thought it was a mackerel, because of the colour. I know absolutely nothing about fish, only that I like to eat them (I can recognise them when they are on my plate )

Found a video of fishing ospreys on youtube. At the end one gets a huge fish, he has to fly low because fish is so heavy.
