I think its just one sound of jay. Nightjar is a bit different and time of year is extremely too late for it.

I don't think this is an owl. But I also don't know what it is. Maybe any wader? Many of the bird species are left Estonia in this time of year, so there aren't much candidates for being author of this voice.

thank you that you want to think about the name of the birds .. I thought really get to hear an owl but now I doubt it too
It is indeed difficult especially at this time of year.
