Technical problems are very possible. The worst thing would be if the signal is clear but came from the same place for many days.IREN- wrote:PIRET a signaling device calmed down in Africa - that could happen... ? Maybe the bird lost, sent it or...

Good Morning,
Argh, I can't seem to straighten out which nest belongs to whom and if the different sites providing webcam access are somehow related. I must be slightly dense. Can someone help?
One of the cams I access, which is here: http://www.unavitaverde.net/osprey-bird-webcam/ is the same site/nest I watched last year with Piret and Madis. But it's clearly not the same nest this year, and the inhabitants are brand new and (I think) unbanded.
As well, there are the pontu.eenet.ee cams - kalakotkas and kalakotkas2 - one of which I think shows Piret and Madis's nest? (the cushy, comfy-looking one in which the WTE was chilling out a few days ago). The other is inoperative, but I've no idea who will be in that one when the cam is on air?
Ok thanks!

Thank you, Urmas!!!
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Bea, how do I access the pontu pix for the timeframe this osprey was on the nest? I am definitely no good at starting out with the 1st pic of a series.

Greetings to all. So glad to see this nest camera operating again for Spring 2013 and to see familiar names in the forum. I was addicted to this nest last season (and now also to the White Tailed Eagle nest of Linda & Sulev!!) Hoping the return migrations of Madis and Piret are safe....Would be wonderful if the osprey seen is Madis!
Thanks for all the hard work to get the camera in shape for 2013 and setting up the new forum.
