As soon as the cams are going online there will be topics as well, one for each nest for documentation and one separate topic for discussions about/for all nests.

Hi Bea

Any idea when the osprey nest cams will be back online? :shake:

Bea wrote:We have no "timetable" for the cams´ openings - when they are there, they are there :)

Referring to last years openings:

- Piret & Madis on April, 16th

- Ilmar & Irma on April, 9th

- Ulla & Uldis on March, 28th

But you are not alone eagerly waiting for the cams going online :whistling:

Unfortunately there is no tagged Osprey this year, so that we could follow the datas on migration map.

Until cams will open we have to rely on the Baltic ornithologists with their binoculars watching the arrivals of the first Ospreys there :D

I still remember last year, when someone said "Piret!!!" and the joy I had then.
Every day now I try to open the cameras, waiting to see the nests and birds there.
It's not just the birds' return, but also an encounter with a lot of people from whom I learn so much.
So... See you all!!! :loveshower: :loveshower: :loveshower:

Good day! :hi: Does anyone know, will there be broadcast from the nest Ulla and Uldis acting? As far as I understand, the project "Eagles without borders" has been completed.

Hello Gavril,

yes, ESTLAT project is finished - but we have high hopes that there will be a possibility to watch Latvian Ulla/Uldis nest again ..... like we can do with the Latvian WtE-nest already (if cam would work .....)

We also don´t know more .... patience is needed *bouuhuuu*

 Hi, all ospreylovers around the world. At last we can wait for our favorites Piret and Madis, Ilmar and Irma, Uldis and Ulla to return to their nests. While waiting have a look at this site http://www.falknatur.se and enjoy wonderful pics of osprey, family life, search in the menu to the right. Hans Falklind is a famous bird photographer. Enjoy!
