Checked my recordings and Osprey landed on the dead tree at 18:24:33

It changed position to a lower branch at 18:29:17 and was then eating on its fish

Take-off at 18:48:09, leaving to the left side

September 19

9:50 - briefly osprey calls were heard not too far from the nest. Sounded like adult calls

10:01 - a large bird, by the sound of the flapping wings, lands on the camera support. Talons can be heard moving over the camera housing from 'upstairs'

10:21 - sound of large wings from upstairs

As the weather still well for climbing, we removed camera system.
Will test all the system in room, but most probably the problems were caused by other cable we did not change in June (were hurrying then).

Hopefully all our Ospreys have reached their wintering grounds meanwhile and enjoy their bird lifes there.

Many thanks to Eagle-Urmas, Techno-Urmas, Kotkaklubi and everybody who made it possible to watch this wonderful Osprey family one more season!

Have a good winter everybody and already now looking forward to next spring!

Meanwhile we can follow and discuss the tracks of Estonian female Osprey Tiiu here on Migration map topic:
