Is he/she not finding something to eat?
Are there not enough suitable (or accessible) places to fish nearby?
I don't see Julge looking for food on the Suippe, nor at any other water body.

He is in a busy location in Pontfaverger-Moronvilliers.

Anne, it's good that you said it .... no, I like the whole thing, how Julge doesn't roam around at all. This close proximity to people, places ... that's not good (just my opinion)

But Pontfaverger-Moronvilliers is the name of the village, not the name of the photographer.
