Hi all
The 1st egg is due to hatch from the 5th March on, it can be the 5th, or the 6th, or the 7th. The 2nd one will be from the 22nd March on (22nd, or 23rd, or 24th...)

There are 2 young vultures: one born on the 5/6 th March and the other one on the 26/27 th March.
The cam is changing from one nest to the other, usually one or two days in each one

Hi all  :peek:

This year we have three Griffon vulture nests at the cam sight! :loveshower:
Image

On the first one the egg was seen on the 10th January: chick foreseen for the begining of March (3rd to 5th).
Image

On the second one the egg was seen on the 31st January: chick foreseen for the end of March (25th to 27th).
Image

On the third one, the one that is closest to the cam, the egg was seen on the 17th February: chick foreseen for mid April (11th to 13th).

No, it's not unnusual. In these rocks (on both sides of the river) there must be some 50 couples of GV and also at least one of black storks. These nests are not so close, they have a big distance in high: the one that is closest to the cam is some 25 meters above the others
