More than funny, I just tried the link with my firefox and it leads me to the cam .... :puzzled:

Have you javascript activated in your firefox? Perhaps it went different with an automatic browser update or so?

Next ida:

what happens when you go to the webpage ot EGE Eulen and click on "Eulen Webcam" ... left side of the navigation bar ...?

I use also this link to get the cam:
http://webcam.pixtura.de/SWR_UHU/index.php

If one goes over http://www.egeeulen.de and click on “Uhu-Webcam” on the left side, one comes directly to the side Bea has shown. The link is then http://webcam.pixtura.de/SWR_UHU/. But it’s the same side Bea meant.

If all not helps, you perhaps have to refresh your cache, Kukelke:

Thanks Bea & Michi for all your help.
I restarted my browser and emptied my cache, nothing worked, but...

... this link now works for me: http://webcam.pixtura.de/SWR_UHU/

And I could hear the screeching of an owl(et) at 21:21 :headroll:

I can hear the owlet(s?) screeching, too! :loveshower:
But it is very quiet; sounds if they are not on the ledge.

You're welcome, Kukelke! Fine, that the links work now on your pc.
I expect, that the EGE later possibly will change the web-adress of the cam, because the SWR isn't on board any more.

Last night (19 July) at 22:18 there was an owlet screeching nearby, and you could even hear him step around. Later on the screeching of at least 1 owlet could be heard too.

There was a short cam-turn tonight from an operator at 0:11 and one at 0:58

My recording ends at 02:30 and there were no more activities and no owlets in sight

Wieder online!

Back online!

Dear Eagle-Owl-friends,
finally camera runs reliably again. We are happy about definately hightened transmission capacity. Also moments with many and fast movements can be observed now with much better resolution. Performance of the camera will show its possibilities now!

In coming months there will be several changes in the appearance of the web page and in the adjustments of the camera. Also some work will have to be done at nest/cam site.

Last nights young Eagle Owls could be seen repeatedly, and were heared also. All are doing well!

Yesterday's night I didn't even hear owlets voices. Only a small bird visited the nest.
