Michi, they slowed the stream down right when ringing began, so it wasn´t possible to take a video, it was even worse watching it live.

Probably SWR will provide an "official" video from the ringing event.

Oh, what a surprise - it seems that VLC took my video, not in the best quality, but absolutely showable :shake:

I will post it as soon as possible, first have to watch it complete.

Ringing event video, quality not best and a bit choppy, but better than nothing
I couldn´t watch it via VLC, because stream was ugly, but VLC recorded it better than showing it to me.

Thank you so much, Bea! Seeing the ringing in a video - even if the quality is not quite good - is such exciting and interesting.
Many thanks again to everyone also for the great pictures!

I’m so glad, that the little one is in good health. :2thumbsup:
And now I'm wondering, what Lotte will "say" to the big present, Stefan has brought. :D

One owlets trys self-feeding with a huuuuge chunk, a leg from somewhat, but it is too big - or not???.

Finally it managed to swallow it :faint:

I am curious when Lotte will come home.

That owlet exploring was the runt:

This is as far as the runt has been 'out' of the nest so far.

I wonder when Lotte will make her next approach to the nest. Sooner or later her maternal instincts will kick in again and she will want to feed her owlets.

@Bea, that video of Lotte & the monster rabbit was priceless :rotf:
