When I opened the cam again a bit later, at about 16:00 h nest time, the female was busy with feeding the older owlet (with a bird).
Here she makes a short break ...
:D

... and continued feeding the older one. But later also the younger owlet got its share.

Both owlets are fine. They can eat big pieces of prey now. Owlets are white still, only their beaks became black.

It was bad night for owl: strong wind then heavy rain, no chance for hunting. Mom left the nest few times, but brought no prey.
In the morning the nest tree was visited by an intruder, mom and owlets performed a lot of beak-clacking - video by scyllabub https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qa5Mx2eCuxQ
The only thing mom can do in this awfull weather is to protect owlets.

Snowy owls breed in Alaska or Canada in June or July. This osprey's nest seems to be her hunting place. During winter snowy owls migrate to south.

Yesterday evening there was nothing to eat in the nest. Mom flew away at 6:19 pm and till 7:11 she didn't return. It was very windy and I worried that owlets could be blown away.
Image

Image
But later mom brought a big prey (video by scyllabub https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fko7ieixlP4 ).
In the morning mom flew away at 6:20 am and shortly returned with a bird.

Image
Owlets were very excited and nibbled mom's tail.

So thankfully today pantry is full.
