Oh NO!
This is an unhappy situation.
Did the magpie eat one of the eggs? If the nest is abandoned, then it is fair game for any hungry predator.
how awful.

I haven't seen nobody eating the egg. (its not magpie, I think it was a woodpecker)
The problem is that the female eagle left this morning and she didn't return. But why? Something happened with her, something disturbed... no
But that the fact_ This is an unhappy situation.

Yesterday she also left the nest for more than 2 hours. I think nothing happened with her, she just abandoned the nest.

If she didn't accept the male? Sometimes it happens that the male does not bring enought food for example, and the female abandones the nest. She has to be sure that everything goes just right, - Or if something bad happened to the male (!) In that case the female does not trust in the male anymore that he will be healthy and strong enough for all the time needed to breed the chicks, - if wounded the male would possible die later. (I have once written this same. - The example of birds abandoning their pair was in some book were it was told about the Blue tit female's bahavior in case the male has been attacked, and only propably wounded. The Blue tit female abandones the male and begins to search a new candidate for father to her chicks (if she already has chicks).
But if this may happen to eagles too, I do not know at all.
Looking the nest and the lonely egg makes one sad..

There may be 2 eggs but one thing is clear: if nobody incubates them, the chicks won't hutch. Is it possible to take the eggs away and put in incubator?

Something happened with female, the male was in the nest morning, he brought branchs etc, renandeli wrote:If she didn't accept the male? later he brought the prey.
This is out of question (that the male didn't bring enough food or female didn't accept the male)
It was happy family-life this morning and earlier!
EDIT: but there was poor food bringing 13-14 May though

Adult eagle flew to the nest about 7:24, turned eggs and begun incubating. I don't know if that is male or female - had a look too rarely before.
But fortunately eggs seem to be not broken, only these could be not alive anymore...
Woodpecker passed close by, but has no chance for look at eggs, also blue tit came for small feathers, but was unsuccessful this time.
8:08 adult eagle found something to eat, stood up, took care of its feathering - seems not to be interested of incubating - and 8:11 took off...

Even if the eagles visit the nest a few hours a day, it means they stopped incubating.
Why not take those eggs, check if they are still alive and place them in incubator before instead of harmless tits and woodpeckers ravens or buzzards appear here.
