When I signed on Metra had just been 'ringed". The men have left now but she is still standing, hiding and peeking out from behind greenery! I don't know how to post a photo! Or share video!
She is so beautiful!

Good morning!

Indeed, Miks is wearing a ring - what a pity that we haven´t got any notice about the banding

I have missed the "ringing procedure" :slap: .
But it's nice that Miks has also his own rings .

I was so shocked to see a man at the nest, he was finished and Mika had her wings spread and was at the very back of the nest. My main concern was she might back off nest!! So sorry i didn't get a photo of the man at the nest. In shock!!! I hope a parent comes to her soon!!!

Thank you Bea, I can`t believe that we all missed it. We are too concerned that Eha has not come back yet..It will be interesting to see when Metra will return to the nest..

The picture which he lifts up Miks is great :2thumbsup:

Thank you for the welcome. I have "lurked" but never posted before and I love this forum and all of the lesser spotted eagles! I wish the other page, Latvian, was in English or is there a way to translate to English?
I just had to post when I saw no information on the "rings".

Aw...food delivery! 1:32 AM my time
Thanks to all for your welcomes!!
