Hope some food on the way in! Metra has no stock at all, as far as I can make out! :puzzled:

I hope he does come more often than we actually see him!

Little chick alone at home now for quite a while - perhaps Metra has to go hunting herself, as Macho brings no prey

Macho arrived with a vole to find the chick home alone.

I think the chick is hungry, but poor Macho does not know what to do. He has aerated the nest bowl.

Somehow at 12:22 Metra seems to be on the nest.

I thought I heard some complaining from the side. He got off the chick and the next thing I I saw was Metra on the chick. She did not seem to say anything about the food or to feed the chick. I think the food is where Macho dropped it (pretty near her beak as she is sitting now), but I don't know.

Time for me to :offtobed: again

At least I do not think she swallowed the food whole, she may not have noticed it. Sometimes Remo has had to show Tuuli his deliveries, when she did not see them made.

(I have been getting confused about the out of synch calling, but I realized it was Tuuli on the other cam :slap: :offtobed: )

But I have on tape.
it is a long film, I was sorry to cut, because Macho is not often in the picture.
