Felis, I am very sorry to hear about Blacky. She was a beautiful cat. But it must be a comfort to know that you gave her a good life, and that you did everything you could for her when she became ill. I know everything feels empty now Felis, and I am thinking of you....

Dear Felis,
I'm so sorry to hear about Blacky's faith and that she so suddenly left you! And I'm sorry you couldn't reach me just at the time you were in need for someone to tell.
You know where you can reach me now, if you want to talk, please give me a call!

Thank you all for your comforting words! In the meantime my children also were at home and said their good-bye and we will see to the things tomorrow!

Thank you Leonia, I sent you a mail (I think I don't have your home number), it's okay now! We sat and shared a few memories and cried a bit and we will keep her in our hearts for the future!

I share the last photo I made on 26th April morning - that's how we will keep her in our mind!

Oh Felis I am so sorry that poor little Blacky left you.

In your last picture, her cute little white spot is so adorable

It is good that you got a chance to say good-bye and I am very glad that your children came and shared time with you. I hope you remember that you did your best and gave Blacky a good life and a good care.

I am thinking of you and wish you all the strength you need.

Felis, I am so sorry! But you were there with her, it must be some little consolation at least.

She was picked up 15 minutes ago and will be cremated during the next days, since we have no garden to bury her.
The house is so empty, and quiet without her, though she was no noisy cat! It was a terrible night!

Thank you all again for the comfort you give me! It's appreciated!

I am missing Kitty since some days .... and as someone else asked for her in another thread I decided to ask here, too ... does anybody know anything about her recovery?

She told us that it will take some time and she will have a :peek: here as often as she is able to .... hmmmm ..... :puzzled:

I hope Kitty is okay - I also wondered why I'm not reading her anymore :puzzled: Just hope it's not a relapse!

Oh, I am so sorry I caused worry for all of you. I really am better, but I had been getting still so tired that I was taking naps & also sleeping much at night rather than staying up late, usually. And my husband has needed the computer for business things lately, so I have not been on as much.

And now I have read the posts & see that I missed Felis' news about poor little Blacky! I am so sorry that she has gone, Felis. But as others have said, you did so much to ease her last months & I know she was enveloped in the love of your family. She was a fortunate cat to have such loving people to care for her. Your last photo of her is just precious. She was a lovely cat.
