She's doing as well as possible under the circumstances and she is so good with all the things they do with her, x-rays, ultrasound, ECG, sometimes there is a timid "meow", very seldom she protests a bit. And the people there are mostly very nice, especially those doctors immediately connected with her case. I just hope that we enter a more peaceful phase now, the last weeks were very strenuous, for all of us.

I saw a picture from the court room or entering the court room or something and it brought me to tears. I just do not understand all that hate.

(We still have capital punishment here and it doesn't seem to be doing us much good.)

I wish we could just fix him like they do in the science fiction stories.

Yes it`s tough, and many feelings are coming back to us ...so many new and heartbreaking stories appears. It`s the topic of conversations everywhere of course. I think of all those who are personally affected by this tragedy. ( When I go up on the hill near my house I see right across Tyrifjorden, to Utøya. It used to be a beautiful sight, now it only makes me sad and angry  ) Thank you so much for caring Macdoum.

I want to cry each time I see and hear from this tragedy. It will be a relief when this trial is over and he is convicted.
I think capital punishment would be too kind punishment for this man. Maybe it will be better to lock him up, and never ever give him attention again.

Hello Lussi,

it was a terrible crime that shocked us all. And besides it makes me sad to read, that you once had the wonderful view to the island just near by and now it's full of grief.

But your country has a powerful character to unmask the murderer, the crown attorney. All I read tells me she makes an excellent job. That will not dry the tears, I know, but may be give a bit of peace for the souls of those who lost their beloved ones or those who survived the massacre.

Leonia, thank you so much for your sympathy and kind words. There have been some though and shocking days, listening to the detailed statement of the terrorist. The listeners in the court, even some of the lawyers, have been crying (together with the rest of us). You are right, the prosecutors are doing an excellent job. The survivors, and the relatives of those who died, expresses that they need to have this man convicted and locked up before they can move on with their lives. ( It will be hard, but I really hope they will be able to do that sometime in the future)
