Weather in Sydney is really nasty lately ( see video http://tenplay.com.au/news/sydney/2015/ ... ible-video ), lot of rain and high winds, but eaglets look safe and dry under mom.

Hello :hi:
I brought two videos today. Local Time. Australia. 27.08.
The babies are growing nicely, SE15 is still smaller, than SE16, but it seems less a battle between the brothers

The chicks are so beautiful :loveshower:

Hello :hi:

Local Time. Australia. 31.08. 16.42.
long feeding. 16.42. SuperDad brought a monster eel (Mom fought with it), and SuperMom fed her babies more than one hour. First SE15 cowered in the nest, then he/she climbed to the edge. Finally both of them have full crop :loveshower:
The video shows 6 scenes!

After feeding babies slept with full crop :whistling:

I think SE15 felt that if you climb out on the edge of the nest, it is easier to get something to eat, because SE16 stay in the nest. Only important that you both get to eat

Hi :hi:

I have three videos already yesterday. Because of the time lag a bit hard to follow at the camera. When there is daylight in Australia, at night here, Hungary :whistling:
Local Time. Australia. 01.09.
On the first video the babies sleep, and the strange birdvoice sounds. Wrote the chat, it is a Pied Currawong.
http://www.birdsinbackyards.net/species ... -graculina I read the Pied Currawong is nest robbers. It reminds me of crows, but his voice is very different!

The second video, it's a long-long feeding, than they before yesterday (31.08.). Dad brought an eel 15.48 (LT). SE15 immediately climbed out of to the edge of the nest, therefore, he/she was the first to eat! Clever boy or girl . SE16 waited, then he/she also got to eat (sometimes during my mother's feet). Dad brought a Fish 16.38. He is a really good hunter!!! On the video is 8 scenes.

And the third video, after feeding! Little difficult moving, two crop than two balls :rotf:

And finnaly, a beautiful pictures! Mom and her babies :loveshower:

10.September

6:04 (cam time) The both eagle chicks are grown nicely. Last night I saw at first time her Mom not in the nest. The chicks look around, preen, and sleep still a bit. Now, the little one pulls on the head from the bigger sibling.
