The Vian eaglets are getting so big!

At Decorah, Mama feeds her babies. It looks like each is doing well.

Local USA time = 5:30 pm

Dad has been babysitting the chicks. Mama arrives home & they change places. Dad does not seem eager to yield his place atop his little ones.

Local USA time = 7:30 pm

All three chicks :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: are vigorous & each gets food from Mama. Early in the video, an eager chick bites mom on the head! :rotf: It's interesting that you can clearly see the egg tooth on each tiny beak.

At the Vian nest--

The nearly grown eaglets amuse themselves in the nest-- moving sticks & fish skulls about, wing exercise, trying to keep cool on a hot afternoon.

 The close-ups are great, they have a good zoomie working the cam most of the time.

I didn't have time to watch much today, but when I looked just now, it was a windy night & the family was sleeping-- except for one restless little eaglet.

Breakfast. The younger baby bird receives less forages, in comparison with seniors

Three nests in different stages, thank you Venegor and Kitty
- One eaglet in Decorah was alone on the outside:
Image
- when I looked a little later mum was alone, so I hope the eaglet is safe under her again.

Edit: Here they are all three, safe and sound..but the wind is really terrible.
