Sauces Bald Eagles from Channel Islands, CA have started their second attempt to breed.


Egg nr. 6 was laid in the nest last night. It is the first egg of the new clutch.

This is something so horrible and unbelievable that I believe that IWS will invest money to catch her (or both of them) and make some research. They need to know the reason and the source of this problem.
I am pretty sure that they never faced up such a case! :faint:

The source to find would be useful, we will see, how they react for this disaster. I feel so sad for this impressive couple.
They fight so persistent for a clutch.
